Mold Removal Before & After Photos

This home was on the market to be sold and a home inspection showed mold like substance on the sheathing and trusses in the attic space. Our company was called into remediate the attic, we used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to clean the space. We also cleared all the soffit vents of debris and insulation and added new rafter venting. The space was cleaned and passed final inspection the new homeowners were happy we could do the job so quickly.

Our customer purchased their home with the understanding that he needed to have the mold remediated in the attic. Once possession was taken our company was scheduled to clean the attic before he moved in. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to clean the attic space. The ventilation was also corrected to ensure no reoccurrence. 

Mold was found in the attic due to blocked ventilation. We had to treat the mold for sure, but we didn't ever want it to come back so we added 52 brand new baffles to ensure air flow.

While our customer had some roofing issues and ventilation issues that led to this mold, we were able to bring the wood back to life by spray treating with RMR-86.  With the roofing and ventilation issues corrected, our customer won't have to worry about it returning!

This wood came out looking brand new, as if it had been replaced!  We spray treated with RMR-86 and almost like magic, we were able to remediate this mold and take care of all the staining too.
