Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Mold odor in the home, our homeowner had us remediate the attic and the home smell is gone.  We used products RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the staining and mold.

Our customers home was on the market to sell and a buyers inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing and trusses of the attic space. Our company came in and remediated to mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also clear all soffit vents of debris and added new rafter baffles to correct the ventilation. They were happy to have completed in a timely manner so the sale could be completed.
