Attic Insulation Before & After Photos

Cold rooms in the winter and hot rooms in the summer make for high utility bills. Our customer decided to remove, air seal and add all new insulation.

Our customers Home was in need of Insulation upgrade. Her home was hot in the summer and colder in the winter in some rooms of the home were inconstant. We removed all insulation air sealed and added new Cellulose Insulation.

This attic had a moisture barrier, underneath was batt insulation. We removed and added TruSoft Cellulose Insulation

We were called into our customers home for she water staining on her ceiling. We removed all insulation, cleaned the mold and guano out. Afterwards this attic is ready to be air sealed and new blown in cellulose insulation. Our customer was happy to have a clean attic and rodent free too.

Once this attic was assessed by our Home Energy Consultant, it became very clear why their homes HVAC system was working overtime to keep this home warmed. Lower levels of insulation in some areas of the attic and other areas with more insulation is thermal bridging. This unfortunately can cause structural damage and lots of heat loss if left alone over time. We removed all insulation, air sealed, added new stabilized Cellulose Insulation. Customer saw a huge energy savings in their monthly utility bill
