Attic Insulation Before & After Photos

This home had mold remediated when it was sold, however, the underlying cause of that mold was never taken care of, so shortly after being in the home, the mold had started to come back.  The customer reached out to TCI to take care of the attic once and for all.  We found the need for air sealing, and ventilation correction.  We finished with blown-in cellulose and properly placed baffles so our customers attic worries were gone and they could fully enjoy their new home!

Or customer had some rooms colder than others in his home. We removed, air sealed and added all new cellulose insulation. His home is more comfortable with consistent temperature and he is happy his HVAC system doesn't turn on all the time.

Batt insulation is not up to standard. Removing and adding new cellulose insulation helped with the energy bills.

As winter approaches in the mitten, we upgraded this home's insulation and ensured their soffit vents were clear with proper baffles and ventilation.

Our customer experienced an issue with some of the roof work that was done on the home.  Enough water had leaked in through the roof to soak the insulation and in one spot came through the ceiling drywall.  Once the water damage was noticed, we were called in to inspect the amount of damage and find a solution.  TCI was able to remove the insulation, air seal and blow in cellulose.  With the roof being repaired, our customer now has a sealed, insulated attic that will lower overall utility costs and keep the home comfortable year-round.
