Our customer found us at a local Home Show. He mentioned in his home he had warmer rooms in the summer and cooler rooms in the winter. Our company came in and removed all insulation, air sealed and added new TruSoft Cellulose Insulation to a R-Value of R49. He mentioned once completed with the job he notice a big difference and now his HVAC system is not kicking on all the time and was happy with our process and saving money on his utility bills.

We first meet our customer at a Home and Garden show and he was very interested in having us come in and evaluate his attic because he was having warm rooms in the summer and colder rooms in the winter. Our company came in and removed all the insulation, cleaned the mold, air sealed the attic and added Cellulose Insulation to resistance R60. His HVAC now isn't running all the time.

This home had ice dam issues every winter season. Finally homeowners decided to have our company check their attic and we found lots of ventilation issues air gaps from living space and lack of insulation.

During the discovery inspection for mold, we found that the attic space was under-insulated. We topped off the insulation with our stabilized blown-in cellulose insulation to fill in.  This brought their attic insulation R-Value to Michigan standards.
