Attic Insulation Before & After Photos

Our homeowner noticed his upstairs was always warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter. Our company remediated the mold, air sealed and added new cellulose insulation. 

Our customer called and wanted insulation added to his attic in his garage. He spent a lot of time in there and wanted to be more comfortable in the cold elements. We added TruSoft Cellulose and SilverGlo polystyrene along with ZypFoam to seal.

Homeowner had uneven temperatures in her home and was in need of insulation. We removed, air sealed and added all new cellulose insulation for 17" or R60.

Our customer had guano and poor insulation in his attic. Before picture is a close up of the mold on sheathing. After photo show remediated sheathing and truss with all new Cellulose blown in. Customer was pleased to have a clean and energy efficient attic.

This home had mold remediated when it was sold, however, the underlying cause of that mold was never taken care of, so shortly after being in the home, the mold had started to come back.  The customer reached out to TCI to take care of the attic once and for all.  We found the need for air sealing, and ventilation correction.  We finished with blown-in cellulose and properly placed baffles so our customers attic worries were gone and they could fully enjoy their new home!
