Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer called for her home had a Home Inspection per the buyers request and a mold like substance was found in the attic. Our customer wanted us to complete this job quickly and hoping not to loose the sale meantime. We were able to complete in a timely manor. We cleaned the attic with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals and added rafter venting once the soffits were cleared of any debris or insulation clogging and preventing proper airflow. Our customers home sold and both parties were happy.

Blocked soffits from fiberglass batt caused mold in this attic.  Before the baffles and blockers were put into place correctly, these soffit vents weren't able to take in any air to allow the attic to breathe.  Along with a gable vent that needed to be closed in order for the air to flow correctly, we now had the attic breathing appropriately and were able to spray treat the mold, fix the underlying ventilation issues so it wouldn't reoccur and top it off with blown in cellulose insulation...now this attic is allowing the home to be efficient and the corrected ventilation and installation of baffles and blockers is allowing the attic to breathe!

Our homeowner was selling her home and the inspection showed suspected mold in the rim joists. We remediated the mold with MoldX2 products. They were able to pass final inspection for the sale of their home and very pleased we were able to complete so quickly.

  Our customer purchased their home knowing there is mold in the attic and called TCI into inspect the homes attic for mold. Our company came in and remediated using Mold X2 products to clean the sheathing and trusses. We also cleared all the soffits of any debris or insulation and added new single wide baffles for corrective action with the ventilation. The attic is mold free and our customer can now move in.
