Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Here in Michigan we have some cold winters!  This moisture-ridden sheathing read 100% on the moisture meter at the time of inspection and the cold winter temperatures had turned it to frost!  Mold was present and as the attic was also having ventilation issues, it was only a matter of time before the mold took over completely.  After the ventilation was corrected, we were able to install baffles and spray-treat utilizing RMR-86 and bring this wood back to life!

Customer called, he wanted removal of insulation to make his attic space conditioned. Upon our inspection we found a little bit of mold which needed to be cleaned. This attic was straightforward and cleaned and prepared for spray foam insulation. 

Our customer had a Home Inspection for the sale of their home. Mold was suspected in the attic. After our inspection we quoted for this home and the job was accepted.  Inadequate ventilation was the cause. Our company cleaned the mold with MoldX2 disinfectant and MoldX2 Botanicals. Once completed we added all new baffles for corrective ventilation. 

Our customers home was on the market for sale and our company was called upon to remediate this attic. Their was a lack of ventilation causing humidity to turn into condensation. Our company remediated the mold using MoldX2 and MoldX2 Botanicals. New duel wide baffles were placed for corrective measure.
