Once batt insulation has been removed we air sealed all wire penetrations, top plate and recessed lights. Also added new durovent duel baffles after clearing soffits from debris. Our customer wanted R49 Cellulose for the attic.

Our customer called us out to his home for he had mold in the attic and critters have also made a mess in the insulation. We cleaned the attic sheathing and truss plus we air sealed all penetrations and top plate before we added New Cellulose Insulation. Our customer was happy not to have critters running in the attic space anymore
