Attic Insulation Before & After Photos

Our customer home was hot in the summer and cool in the winter. We removed all insulation, air sealed can light covers and top plates, wire penetration plus blow in 17" for a R60. His home is ready for those weather change conditions in Michigan.

Our customer called after a roof replacement for they mentioned our customer had mold in the attic. We remediated all mold and installed all new insulation. Our customer was happy we were able to do all the work with one contractor. He was pleased to have a healthy attic.

Our customer called he had ice dam outside his home and a lack of insulation in the attic. We removed air sealed and added all new cellulose insulation.

Home is for sale and remediation of mold in the attic needed to be complete. This before picture show baffles not installed correctly and dirty batt insulation. After picture is new blown cellulose insulation.

Attic has little to no insulation and need a good cleaning. The R60 will help this home with all new cellulose insulation.
