Attic Insulation Before & After Photos

Our customer called us out for a ventilation issue. He had ice dam issues every year on various sections of his home. Once accessed his issues were easily fixed. Our customer was happy we addressed the health of his attic for the long term solution.

Our customer just purchased their home and found some rooms were hotter in the upstairs in the summer time. Removal, air Sealing and adding R60 cellulose insulation will keep the upstairs rooms comfortable. 

Attic mold was remediated, ventilation fixed then new cellulose insulation added.

 The homeowner explained that she had mold in her attic after an initial home inspection was made for a home sale. The problem was caused by the soffits being blocked and not allowing air to pass through the soffits up to the ridge vent.  

 The homeowner explained that he had a gas heater installed in the garage to prevent the exposed pipes from freezing within the garage.
