Our customer had mold in their attic after a Home Inspection was completed. Our company came in and cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also clear the soffit vents of debris and add new rafter baffles to correct the ventilation. The sale was completed and both parties were happy.

Homeowner had uneven temperatures in her home and was in need of insulation. We removed, air sealed and added all new cellulose insulation for 17" or R60.

A home sale prompted a inspection for this attic and Mold was discovered on the sheathing and truss.

This property was flagged by the home inspector for mold in the attic. Our company was called in to remediated this home. We used Mold X2 products to clean and disinfect and we installed new baffles for corrective ventilation.

Our customer had guano and poor insulation in his attic. Before picture is a close up of the mold on sheathing. After photo show remediated sheathing and truss with all new Cellulose blown in. Customer was pleased to have a clean and energy efficient attic.
