This customer called because his home inspection done by the buyer showed mold in the attic. Our company came in and remediated the attic mold. We cleared all the soffits of debris and cleaned the sheathing using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Afterwards we added new rafter baffles to help the intake ventilation. The sale went on and both seller and buyer were happy.

There was a home sale pending on this buyers inspection which showed potential mold in the attic. Once our inspection was concluded there was definitely mold that needed cleaning in the attic. This attic had mold and lacking in insulation along with incorrect ventilation. After remediation we air sealed, removed and added all new cellulose insulation.

Our homeowner was having a renovation project in her home and mold was discovered by her contractor.  Our company came in and remediated the mold using product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and kill the mold.
