This attic in New Hudson had a uneven amount of insulation. The dirty color comes from wind washing. This occurs when air from below levels is driven threw the homes walls and penetrations. This causes dirty insulation and shows how much heat loss happens in your conditioned space.  We removed the insulation air sealed and add new TruSoft Cellulose insulation

  The homeowner noticed every winter that he would get moisture on his wall in his living room where his vaulted ceiling vertical  interior wall is exposed to the attic. The interior drywall would be covered in condensation every winter and cause streaks in the paint that the homeowner would then have to touch up every year.

Heavy odor from home, inadequate ventilation. We removed all insulation and remediated the attic.

Our customer had a Home Inspection and mold was found in the attic. This home was for sale and this home was pending upon completion of remediation. Our company remediated the attic using Mold X2, Mold X2 Botanical and DuroVent Duel wide baffles. To correct the problem we clear all soffit vent of debris or insulation. The homeowner was happy we were able to help make this process happen in a timely manner so the sale could proceed.

Our customers home inspection showed mold in the attic. This home had a pending sale and required our company to complete this cleaning as soon as possible. Our company came in and cleaned the sheathing and truss with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also correct the ventilation by adding all new DuroVent duel baffles to the soffit once we clear the debris and insulation. Our customer was happy we complete his home quickly to help move the sale forward.
