Customer had mold in the attic that needed remediated before the home sale. We cleaned her attic with MoldX2 cleaner and her sale was completed.

The homeowner was putting his home on the market and needed to have a new roof installed and the roofer had found mold all over the sheathing and trusses. Our company was called in to remediate the mold in this attic. We used Mold X2 product to clean the sheathing and trusses and placed DuroVent baffles in the eaves once the soffits were cleared of debris and insulation.

Our customers home was on the market for sale and a Home Inspection showed mold like substance in the attic. After our company evaluated this attic the job was set to remediate as soon as possible. TCI came in and cleaned the sheathing with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical product. We also cleared all the soffit from debris and installed new duel DuroVent baffles to help as a preventive matter. Our customer was happy this process was smooth and fast for them to complete the final sale.

This home had a disturbing odor when entering this home.  We remediated mold in the attic using RMR-86 and RMR-141 Mold and stain removers.
