Our local realtor called for her buyer had a inspection on a home sale and a mold like substance was flagged during the inspection. Our company was called in to remediate. Our company used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to clean the attic sheathing and trusses. We also clear all soffits of debris and as DuroVent baffles to correct the ventilation. Our customer was happy to have this process done so quickly so they could move forward with the sale.  

Our customer had a leak in the attic and the Roofing Company found a large amount of mold in their attic. After our inspection we also found the rafter vents were not correctly installed. We came in to remediate the attic and also correct the ventilation. We used product Mold X2 and installed new rafter vent after clearing the soffits of debris and insulation. This homes attic is cleaned and shouldn't have any problems in the future.

Our homeowners home was on the market to be sold, a Home Inspection showed a suspicious mold substance in the attic space. Our company was hired to remediate the mold. This attic is from Michigan and knew winter was coming!  While we 'blanketed' the attic to take care of heat loss, we also had to remediate mold, air seal and cover the whole house fan.  Now when the snow coats the ground, our client will be cozy and so will the attic!

This customer wanted to reduce his energy bill cost.  While he had some insulation, air sealing was a must!  We removed the old insulation, sealed the floor and all the tiny nooks and then blew in fresh TruSoft™ cellulose insulation.  This blown-in cellulose has one of the highest R-Values which measures the resistance it has to heat flow.
