Our customers home was on the housing market and a buyers inspection showed possible mold in the attic. Our customer was happy we could clean the mold and correct the ventilation in an expedient manner. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals to clean the sheathing and trusses. We also cleared all soffit vents of debris and insulation and added new rafter baffles to correct airflow in this space. The home past final inspection and both seller and buyers were happy.

This home needed a little extra cellulose insulation to reduce heating and cooling costs for our client.  In utilizing TruSoft™ Cellulose Insulation, we were able to up the R-Value using less inches than fiberglass batt and reduce monthly utility bills.
