This home sale was on hold for the home inspection showed a mold like substance in the attic. Our company was hired to remediate

the attic and correct the ventilation. We came in and cleaned the sheathing with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals and also cleared the soffit vents from debris and added all new DuroVent duel baffles for correcting the ventilation. The dale vent on and both the seller and buyers appreciated our expeditiousness on this project.

Our customers home was for sale and a buyers inspection came up with potential mold in the attic. Our company came in and evaluated the attic and definitely found mold on the sheathing and trusses. The home passed final inspection and sold.
