Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer called for their home was for sale and a Home buyers inspection found mold in the attic. After TCI conducted our inspection their was definitely a large amount of mold in the attic space. We came in and spayed for using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffit vents of debris and insulation and added DuroVent duel baffles to allow for plenty of air flow. Our customer now has a healthy attic and the sale proceeded.

Once our inspection was completed, the homeowners wanted us to clean the attic as soon as possible. We cleared all the insulation away from the edge's of the attic and cleared all the soffits of debris and insulation. We sprayed the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals then added rafter vents to correct the ventilation in the space. The final inspection passed and the home sold. The new homeowner's were happy this was completed before the moved in.
