Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer purchased this home knowing that there was currently mold in the attic. She was confident a remediation company would be able to clean the attic like it was new. Our company was called out to complete an inspection and provide a quote. Once the job was accepted we came in and used Mold X2 product to remediate this attic. We also placed new baffling once soffits were clean and debris free. Our customer has a mold free cleaned attic.

This attic is under insulated which causes hot rooms in the summer and cold rooms in the winter.

Our customers home was on the housing market and a buyers inspection stated potential mold in the attic. Once our inspection had been completed there was clearly a mold issue on all sheathing and gable walls. We came in and cleared all the insulation away from the outer edges and cleared all the soffit of any debris or insulation that is clogging the vents from free flow air. We cleaned all surfaces with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products, afterwards added new rafter vents to correct the ventilation. 

Our customers home was for sale and a Home Inspection showed mold in three separate attics. Our company came in and remediated the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffits of any debris or insulation and added duel rafter venting to correct the ventilation. The sale proceeded and both parties were happy to have done in a timely manner.

Our customer called us for she had a foul odor coming from her attic. After having another company out for a attic check she was told she had critter's living in there. Once critter control took care of the problem she was in need of a good cleanout and new insulation.
