Our customer had a Home Inspection and mold was found in the attic. This home was for sale and this home was pending upon completion of remediation. Our company remediated the attic using Mold X2, Mold X2 Botanical and DuroVent Duel wide baffles. To correct the problem we clear all soffit vent of debris or insulation. The homeowner was happy we were able to help make this process happen in a timely manner so the sale could proceed.

Our company came in and cleaned the sheathing and truss with Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also correct the ventilation by adding all new DuroVent duel baffles to the soffit once we clear the debris and insulation.
