Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Mold was discovered after homeowner was in his attic and could smell a earthy, musty type odor.  Once our inspector assessed the attic, remediation was needed to get rid of mold.

Before the sale of customers home , an home inspection was completed and mold was present and needed remediation before home sale could be completed.

This home is on the market for sale and a home inspection has shown mold in the attic space. Our company came in and remediated the mold. We also cleared the soffit vents of any debris or insulation and added new rafter baffles to correct the ventilation. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to clean the attic space. This attic is now cleaned and the homeowner was happy to have done so quickly.
