Mold Removal Before & After Photos

A little ZypFoam™ can go a long way!  This customer was experiencing mold for the second time, and upon inspection we found while the ductwork for a bathroom fan was insulated, the entry point through the gable wall was not sealed and this was allowing warm, humid air from the bathroom (all the steam from showers etc.) to escape to the attic.  The localized area is clearly visible in the photos.  As you can see, we were able to spray treat but most importantly we took care of the underlying cause so it won't return.

Mold job

This basement had high humidity creating a mold problem which the homeowner could smell throughout the house.

Our customers home is on the market to be sold and a home inspection was done, mold in the attic was found. TCI was called into remediate this attic. Once the mold was cleaned using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals, we also clear all the soffits and the eaves of any debris or insulation and added all new baffles to the soffits. Our customer was happy we were able to do in such a timely manner.

Our customers home had attic mold and needed this remediated before the sale of his home. We were able to come in and complete this job quickly for our customer didn't want to lose a sale. We used Mold X2 products and MoldX2 Botanicals to clean this attic. We also installed all new duel baffles to correct the ventilation.
