Our customer called us into her home to inspect her attic for she had mice and a very strong odor coming into her living space of her home. We removed all insulation, disinfected the attic and added cellulose.

Our customer had a critter control company out and they found plenty of signs of mice in her attic taking up residency. The mice destroyed her insulation with urine and mice droppings. The odor was so bad when it was humid out she didn't want the family to sleep upstairs. Our company came in and removed all batt insulation. We cleaned the attic using Mold X2 products to disinfect. Once done we air sealed all penetrations. Afterwards added new Cellulose to an Energy Star of R49. 

Our homeowner called because racoon's destroyed his attic and their was a foul odor being released into his daughters bedroom.

Upon our inspection we also found mold. Our job was to remediate and remove all insulation. Afterwards air seal, new baffles and 

add new insulation.

Homeowner needed mold remediated as soon as possible for there was a pending sale on the property.  We were able to take care of our customer in a timely manner for the sale to proceed for closing.  We remediated the attic using products RMR-86 and RMR-141 to clean the staining and mold.  We also cleared the soffits of debris and insulation and added new duel baffles for proper airflow in the attic.  Improper ventilation in an attic can cause humidity to spike and cause condensation leading to mold growth.

Our customer was referred to us by a roof contractor for his attic had a roof leak and he came across mold.  The roofing company found a PVC pipe which had been leaking for awhile and a incredible amount of mold too on the sheathing and trusses. Our company came in an remediated the mold with MoldX2 Products cleaning this attic.
