After a inspection, mold was discovered.  We remediated the mold using RMR- 86 and RMR-141 which removes the stain and mold.

Our customer called for a buyers inspection was flagged for mold in the attic. Once our inspection we came in a cleaned all the mold from the sheathing and trusses of the attic. We also cleared all soffit vents of any debris or insulation and added new DuroVent duel baffling. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products to clean the mold. This house went on to be sold and the seller and buyers were pleased we were able to complete so fast for them.

Attic mold found after a home inspection

Our customer called us into their home do to cooler rooms in the winter time.  After assessing the attic there was not nearly enough insulation. The batt insulation was in good condition and we used this as a thermal barrier for our blow in TruSoft Stabilized Insulation.  This blanket of protection added this attic to resistance of R60. This will help with those cooler rooms

Or customer had a home inspection for the sale of their home and possible mold was suspected in the attic. After TCI's inspection it was confirmed mold was present. Our company was hired to complete remediation in the attic. We used Mold X2 and Botanical Products to remediate this mold. We also cleared all soffit vents of debris and added all new duel baffles to correct the ventilation. This home did get sold and the new homeowner now has a clean and breathable attic.
