Upon a sale, the inspector found mold in the attic.  We remediated using products RMR-86 and RMR-141 which will remove the stain and mold.

Once our customer had explained his accomplish list to us, we assessed the attic and found a solution for this home. Rooms were colder in the summer and warmer in the winter. The blown in fiberglass insulation resistance value was to low for our Michigan climate. We added our TruSoft Cellulose Insulation acting as a new blanket for the attic. We blow in for a resistance value to R60. This exceeds contractors grade and customer is very happy with their warm rooms.
