The homeowner explained that her office and bedroom at the end of the house was always cold in the winter and warm in the summer. She also explained that her furnace would kick on very quickly after the furnace got the thermostat up to the desired temperatures, and rooms were more comfortable than other to be in for an extended period of time.

An inspection for a home buyer flagged for attic mold due to condensation. Master bath fan detached from roof can caused warm humid air to be pumped back into the attic causing mold onto the sheathing and insulation.

Our customer called due to a home inspection stating there is a mold like substance in the attic. Our company came in and remediated the attic for their was a pending sale on this home. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals to clean the sheathing and truss. Our customer was happy we could complete this job in a timely manner so the sale would proceed. 

Once the insulation was removed we cleaned the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical product to clean the mold. Afterwards we air sealed and added new baffles then added all new Cellulose Insulation.

  Upon home inspection of home sale, mold was discovered. Our company remediated using RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold.  We also install all new durovent baffles for proper ventilation.
