Our customers home had an offer on the table and they wanted to have the remediation done before the sale of the home. Our company was able to get in and clean the Mold in the attic. Part of the correction is clearing the soffits of any debris and ad new single wide baffles. We used Mold X2 and MoldX2 Botanical products. They were happy we could complete this process in a timely matter beforehand, the sale continued and both parties we happy of our solution.
