Photo Album: Attic Insulation and Remediation in South Lyon, MI

Our homeowner called due to having mold in his attic. He had a critter company out and they said he had possible mold in his attic space. Once our inspection was completed, there was definitely mold in the attic due to a ventilation issues and a lack of insulation. Our company came in and removed all the insulation, remediated the mold, air sealed then replaced with cellulose insulation. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products, Durovent Baffles fire block ZypFoam and TruSoft Cellulose. Our customer expressed he could notice a difference the very next day.
