Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Attic mold was discovered by our homeowner, we remediated the mold with product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the stain and mold.

Our customers home went on the housing market to sell and a buyers inspection was flagged for possible mold in the attic. Once our inspection was completed, the homeowners wanted us to clean the attic as soon as possible. We cleared all the insulation away from the edge's of the attic and cleared all the soffits of debris and insulation. We sprayed the attic using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanicals then added rafter vents to correct the ventilation in the space. The final inspection passed and the home sold. The new homeowner's were happy this was completed before the moved in.

Our customers home was for sale and a home inspection showed a mold like substance on the sheathing and trusses of her attic. Our company was hired to remediate the attic and correct the intake ventilation. We used Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all soffit vents of debris and installed new rafter baffles. The final inspection passed and the sale was completed. Both parties were happy we could complete the job in a timely manor.
