Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer called for the home is for sale and a home inspection was completed and mold was found in the attic. TCI remediated the mold using Mold X2 and Botanical products. We also added new baffles the help with the venting. Home was sold and new owners have a clean and healthy attic.

Our customer purchased her home knowing the inspection report stated a mold like substance was found on the sheathing and trusses of the attic space. TCI came in and removed all the insulation away from the eaves of the home because it was covering all the eaves and blocking air flow causing a meager mold issue in the attic. We cleared all the rafter vents and cleaned the mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. After we added all new single baffles to correct the ventilation.

After TCI conducted our inspection their was definitely a large amount of mold in the attic space. We came in and spayed for using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. We also cleared all the soffit vents of debris and insulation and added DuroVent duel baffles to allow for plenty of air flow. Our customer now has a healthy attic and the sale proceeded.
