Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer called us after having a home inspection for their home for a realtor sale.  The inspector noted a mold like substance on the sheathing, trusses and gable walls. Our company came in and remediated the mold using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Afterwards we cleared all soffit vents and added new rafter vents to correct the ventilation. Both the buyer and seller were happy to have this completed so fast and the sale moved along to a sold status.

We cleared the soffits of debris and insulation and added new soffit vents, and cleaned the sheathing and truss with Mold X2 products. Our customer was happy her attic was cleaned and well ventilated.

This homeowner called with mold in the attic.  A sale was pending on this Mold that needed to be remediated before a final sale could be completed.

  Our new homeowner who purchased a home knowing there was mold in the attic had us in to inspect the attic.  Our company was able to get into this home and remediate before homeowner moved in from out of state.  We used product RMR-86 and RMR-141 to remove the staining and mold from the sheathing and trusses in the attic. We also added new durovent baffles in the eaves after clearing any debris or insulation blocking the soffits.
