Mold Removal Before & After Photos

Our customer called us to inspect his attic after he purchased his home for there was a home inspection completed and mold was found in the attic. TCI came in and cleared all the soffit vents from debris and insulation, then cleaned the attic sheathing and trusses using Mold X2 and Mold X2 Botanical products. Afterwards we add the rafter vents for a corrective measure to insure the mold won't reoccur. This attic is cleaned and our customer was pleased with the process.

Our customer called us in to her home knowing after she had purchased this house she'd need to have a Remediation company in for the inspection had stated suspicious substance on the sheathing and trusses. Our company came in and cleaned this space using Mold X2 and MoldX2 Botanicals products. We also cleared all soffits of debris and insulation. We placed new single wide baffles to correct the ventilation.
